“BOOKMARKS: Regional training course on combating hate speech on-line through human rights education

The Council of Europe Youth Department is launching the call for participants for the “BOOKMARKS: Regional training course on combating hate speech on-line through human rights education to be held from 14 to 18 November in Kazan (Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation).
The aim of the training-course in 2016 is to combat hate speech and to promote human rights education on-line through creating a pool of multipliers and developing an effective network between the national campaign committees in the region for the “No Hate Speech Movement” campaign`s promotion and further implementation.
The training-course will bring together 35 participants from the states party to the European Cultural Convention.
