ICT SEAGULLS GO ON FLYING.
We removed the time management concept from the International ICT Seagull Project that has been going on for 17 years. It is possible to register the project whenever you want. If you belong to one of the following categories, you might get online training and produce solutions to the problems you determine:
K-12 students and teachers, universities (under-graduate, graduate and post-graduate levels) disabled ones, community members (people living in apartment sites, families, companies, local governors and NGO leaders).
This year projects teams from Turkey, Cyprus, India, Nepal and Sri Lanka are working on their problem areas. Since it is voluntary and technology-focused we did not cancel our project.
