Nowadays, the demand for STEM competencies and skills in the workers to be hired by the employer is high and will continue to increase in the future. At the moment, 75 percent of jobs in the fastest growing sectors need workers with STEM skills. To be competitive, industrial enterprises need people who can adapt to ever-changing occupations.

STEM training provides individuals with the skills to be successful in this changing world and to adapt to changing labor needs.
