Dear partners,
We are organizing an International Show-Dance Festival under the name “DANCING RIVER”. We are a Municipal Youth Centre from Ruse, Bulgaria and we are open for participants from European countries.
The festival is going to take place on 6 April 2013 in Ruse, Bulgaria. The style of the festival is show dance and it is arranged as a competition. The participants will be divided into three age groups- up to 10 years old, 11-14 years old and above 14 years old. They will be able to compete in the following categories:
solo performance- up to 3 minutes;
– duet – up to 3 min.;
small group (from 3 up to 7 participants in one dance) – up to 4 min.;
big group (over 8 participants in one dance) – up to 5 min.
The participating groups can present up to two dances in each category (in case of 2 solo performances the dancers have to be different persons. The same is with the duet.) If in a group there are dancers of different age (over 30% belong to the upper age category), the group will compete in the highest age category.
