For the fifth time, the Forum will be an occasion to discuss and share innovative experiences among young people in different European countries, all of whom are involved in original projects that help strengthen the notion of citizenship, of «living together».
The Forum will take place in Nantes, France, from 24 to 26 October 2013.
Young people, from 18 to 30 years old, from any country which is a member of the Council of Europe are invited to apply by 31 May 2013.
Transport and accommodation costs of European participants will be covered by Nantes Métropole (Maximum 2 participants per project).
