ROEHAMPTON UNIVERSITY FESTIVAL OF COMPUTING
Roehampton Festival of Computing will take place on Friday 17th June 2016, at Froebel College in Roehampton University. Come and join us for a day of inspirational talks, workshops and research presentations. The conference will be a place for educators to meet, create, share and inspire one another. Practical workshops will be enriched with talks and presentations about pedagogical approaches to learning and teaching with technology. From programming to iPads in education, teaching to assessment, there is something for everyone.
The festival will attract educators from primary and secondary education from both the UK and from around the world.
Alongside sessions for adults we will offer limited workshops to schools for bringing their classes to the festival. This will be on a first come first served basis. We will also have a ‘School’s corner’ for students from different age groups to come and share their computing projects. This will be an opportunity for all of us to celebrate the good work that is taking place in schools.
