MEDIA AND MY VALUES(MEDYA VE DEĞERLERİM)

Toplumda kabul gören ve o toplumda yaşayan insanların davranışlarına yön veren kurallar seti değerleri oluşturur. Toplumsal barışı sağlamak için değerler eğitimi önemlidir. Teknolojinin hızla gelişmesiyle değerlerin yayılması ve değişmesi de hızlandı. Çocuklarımız yarının yetişkinleridir. Bir çocuk bir ailede büyür, öğrenen bir kişilik oluşur. Toplum aileleri yönetir ve geliştirir. Çocuklar yetişkinlere göre daha kolay yönlendirilebilir ve etkilenebilir.
Medyanın olumlu ve olumsuz etkileri çocuklar üzerindeki en etkileyici ve belirleyici faktörlerdir. Bu etkilerin doğru kanallara yönlendirilerek medyayı olumlu ve faydalı bir şekilde kullanan ailelerin bilgilendirilmesi ve nesiller yetiştirilmesi ve değerlerinin korunması gerekmektedir.
Bu görüşlerden yola çıkarak başlattığımız projemizde, öğrencilerimizi ve ailelerimizi medya okuryazarlığı konusunda bilinçlendirmeyi ve medyanın toplumsal değerimiz üzerindeki etkisine dikkat çekmeyi hedefliyoruz.
Okulumuz Müdür Yardımcısı Mustafa AYTEN’in de proje ortağı olarak yer aldığı proje, 2021 yılı e Twinning teması olarak da dikkat çekmektedir. Özellikle günümüzün medya ve iletişim çağı olarak adlandırılması ve dezenformasyonun had safhada olduğu düşünüldüğünde projemizin önemi bir kat daha önem arz etmektedir. Okulumuz öğrencileri de proje de yer almaktadır.

The set of rules that are accepted in the society and that direct the behavior of the people living in that society constitute the values. Values education is important to ensure social peace. With the rapid development of technology, the spread and change of values has also accelerated. Our children are the adults of tomorrow. A child grows up in a family, a learning personality is formed. Society manages and develops families. Children can be guided and influenced more easily than adults.
The positive and negative effects of the media are the most impressive and determining factors on children. Families who use the media in a positive and beneficial way should be informed by directing these effects to the right channels, raising generations and protecting their values.
In our project, which we started based on these views, we aim to raise awareness of our students and families about media literacy and to draw attention to the effect of media on our social value.
The project, in which our school’s Deputy Principal Mustafa AYTEN also took part as a project partner, draws attention as the year 2021 e Twinning theme. Especially considering that today’s media and communication age and disinformation are at an extreme level, the importance of our project becomes even more important. Our school students are also involved in the project.
