Learn Electrics/Electronics With Games
The progress in science and technology has been increasing the need for qualified workforce in industry. Vocational education aims to raise skilled labour needed, that’s why it is very important to improve the quality of vocational education. The project involves vocational high school students and aims to teach the students technical concepts used
at electrics/electronics and IT fields. By this way, they will be able to read technical documents which are mostly in English, understand videos on technical subjects and they will be able to search projects or other information on the net easily. The project is planned to last 4 months (from November to the end of February). The students will be given
the mostly used concepts and by doing activities like matching or quizes, we expect them to learn these concepts. So that it will become easier for them to understand technical documents. Besides, our project will help our students to get to know their peers and different cultures.
Bilim ve teknolojideki ilerlemeler sanayide nitelikli işgücüne olan ihtiyacı artırmaktadır. Mesleki eğitim ihtiyaç duyulan vasıflı işgücünün yetiştirilmesini amaçlamaktadır, bu nedenle mesleki eğitimin kalitesinin artırılması büyük önem taşımaktadır. Meslek lisesi öğrencilerini kapsayan proje, öğrencilere elektrik/elektronik ve bilişim alanlarında kullanılan teknik kavramları öğretmeyi amaçlıyor. Bu sayede çoğunluğu İngilizce olan teknik dokümanları
okuyabilecek, teknik konulardaki videoları anlayabilecek, proje veya diğer bilgileri internet üzerinden kolaylıkla arayabilecekler. Projenin 4 ay (Kasım ayından Şubat ayı sonuna kadar) sürmesi planlanıyor. Öğrencilere en çok kullanılan kavramlar verilecek ve eşleştirme, quiz gibi etkinlikler yapılarak bu kavramları öğrenmeleri beklenmektedir. Böylece teknik dokümanları anlamaları kolaylaşacaktır. Ayrıca projemiz öğrencilerimizin akranlarını
ve farklı kültürleri tanımalarına da yardımcı olacaktır.
