International Language Teacher Education Conference

ILTERG (INTERNATIONAL LANGUAGE TEACHER EDUCATION RESEARCH GROUP) is pleased to announce the 2nd ILTERG Conference to be held from 16-17 October, 2020 online.

The 2nd ILTERG Conference aims to bring together language teacher educators from all over the world who work in many different contexts to maximize opportunities for exchange and networking.

One of the main priorities of the 2nd ILTERG Conference is to bring together research, theory, and best practices from all contexts of language teacher education. The conference also aims to contribute to English language teaching.

To this end, the conference program has been organized around two key themes:

English Language Teaching

ILTERG (INTERNATIONAL LANGUAGE TEACHER EDUCATION RESEARCH GROUP) consists of Gazi University ELT specialists and the faculty from Boğaziçi University, Pomeranian University and Evora University.

ILTERG Conference 2020 aims to present current research carried out in the areas of both Foreign Language Teaching and Teacher Education.

The ILTERG Conference aims to provide opportunities for foreign language teachers and teacher educators to exchange new ideas, gain insights for new research areas and find global partners for future collaboration. Academics, foreign language teachers, teacher trainers, MA &PhD students in the field of English Language Teaching and teacher education are cordially invited to submit papers to the ILTERG Conference that will take place online between the dates of 16-17 October 2020.

The 2nd ILTERG Conference also aims to bring together researchers, practitioners, and educators with interests in English Language Teaching, English Language and Literature, American Culture and Literature and Linguistics at all levels from all around the world.

Conference proceedings will be published on the conference website.
