Eskişehir Uluslararası Kısa Film Festivali, ilkinin bu yıl 28-29-30 Nisan 2016 tarihlerinde gerçekleştirileceği bir sanat festivalidir.
Eskişehir International Short Film Festival is an art festival that will be held for the first time on April 28, 29, 30th, 2016.
Festival / The aim of the festival is :
• Başta Eskişehir olmak üzere tüm Türkiye’de kısa film algısının ve üretiminin gelişmesine katkı sağlamayı,
To contribute to the improvement of the short film’s perception and production all around the world,
• Kısa filmcilere yeni gösterim alanları yaratmayı,
To create new spheres for the short film makers to display their films,
• Sinema alanında üretim gerçekleştiren amatör ve profesyonel sinemacıları bir araya getirmeyi,
To bring the amateur and professional film¬-makers together,
• Eskişehirli sinemaseverlere, sinema sanatçıların ürettiği eserleri izleme imkânı sunmanın yanı sıra bu sinema sanatçılarıyla bir araya gelerek fikir alışverişinde bulunabilecekleri bir alan yaratmayı
For the cinema lovers who reside in Eskişehir, to offer the chance not only to watch the various works of art, but also to exchange ideas by coming together with these cinema artists,

To create a rooted, conventional festival culture by trying to possess an innovator and creative style in its both practical and existential form.
KAPSAM / SCOPE
Festival amatör ve profesyonel herkesin katılımına açıktır.
The festival is open for the participation of everyone, either amateur or professional.
KATILIM KOŞULLARI / TERMS OF APPLICATION
• Festivale kurmaca, belgesel, canlandırma türündeki filmler katılabilir.
Fiction films, documentaries, and animations can join the festival.
• Filmler için herhangi bir tema sınırlaması yoktur.
There is no restriction in terms of the theme.
• Festivale 1 Ocak 2015’ten sonra tamamlanmış filmler katılabilir.
Only the films which were made after January 1, 2015 can participate.
• Katılacak olan filmlerde herhangi bir süre sınırlaması yoktur.
There is no restriction in terms of the film’s runtime.
• Bir katılımcı birden fazla filmle festivale katılabilir.
One participant can join with more than one film.
• Eserin veya eserlerin, daha önce herhangi bir ulusal ya da uluslararası festivalde gösterilmesi veya ödül almış olması festivale katılmasına engel teşkil etmez.
It does not pose an obstacle if the film(s) has been displayed or awarded in any national or international festival before.
• Festivale gönderilecek kısa filmlerdeki özgün olmayan metin, görüntü, müzik, vb. kullanımlarından doğacak her türlü telif hakkı, katılımcının sorumluluğundadır. Bu kapsamda doğacak hukuki sorumluluk eser sahibine aittir.
All kinds of copyright, which can arise from the inauthentic script, frame, music etc., belongs to the participant. Legal responsibility that might arise within this scope is on the director.
• Katılımcılar, başvurularını www.eskshortfilmfest.com üzerinden ya da e posta yoluyla istenilen belgeleri eskkisafilmfest@gmail.com adresine göndererek gerçekleştirebilirler.
The participants can apply through www.eskshortfilmfest.com or by e-mailing the required documents to eskkisafilmfest@gmail.com.
• Başvuru için filmin adı, yapım tarihi, sinopsisi, yönetmen özgeçmişi ve filmin youtube, vimeo gibi sitelere yüklenmiş şifreli bir linki yeterlidir. (İstenildiği takdirde film ve diğer materyaller wetransfer.com aracılığı ile direkt olarak da gönderilebilir.) Uygun çözünürlükteki gösterim kopyaları, imzalı başvuru formu ve şartname, film görselleri vb gibi filme ait diğer tüm materyaller yalnızca ön değerlendirmeden geçerek festival programında yer alacak olan filmlerden istenecektir.
For the application, it is just enough to send the name of the film, release date, synopsis, resume of the director and an encoded link of the film which have been uploaded to the websites such as youtube, vimeo etc. (If demanded, the film and the other materials can be sent directly via “wetransfer.com”. All the other materials, such as the copies in the appropriate resolution, the signed contract and application form, film images etc., will be requested from only the films which succeed in the preselection and be placed in the festival program.
