The World Bank is inviting everyone from 14 years old, from all over the world, to join the “Picture Inequality” photo contest capturing expressions of inequality in the developing world.
Do you wonder why many go hungry, when others have more food than they can eat?
Why some children have a better start in life because of where they live?
Or why some get healthcare when others die of curable diseases?
Participants will have to submit up to five creative photos, taken in [ http://siteresources.worldbank.org/EXTPOVERTY/Resources/WorldBankCountriesPictureInequality.pdf]these countries, with a short statement and get the chance to win a $500 digital camera and the opportunity to show their photo to the world!
