STEM Alliance is co-organising a learning event together with eTwinning and Scientix focused on school-industry collaboration – ‘Building teachers’ skills in involving industry in STEM education’. Read below to find out how to register and participate!
Learning Events are short intensive online events on a number of themes. The themes are related to pedagogical aspects in particular. They are led by an expert, and include active work and discussion among teachers. Learning Events include asynchronous and sometimes synchronous activities, and are run in a widely-spoken European language. You can receive certificaiton for participating in this event.
This month, STEM Alliance is collaborating with eTwinning and Scientix to bring you the latest learning event called ‘Building teachers’ skills in involving industry in STEM education’, focused on STEM- industry collaboration. We will first look into the attractiveness and importance of STEM studies and STEM jobs in schools and investigate the status of school-industry collaborations around Europe. With the help of Scientix, we will review and look into specific communication strategies that will help teachers build and strengthen ties between schools and industry.
