Contest: Open to all cartoonists

ENTRIES: Max. 2 cartoons
TECHNICAL INFO:
All participants must send their Name & Family Name, Post Address, Email Address, Telephone number,.
At the end of competition there will be an exhibition on internet from the selected cartoons.
The participant must send their photo along with their autobiography.
All cartoonists can participate through their own e-mail by submitting your cartoons to:

Second Smiling Cat prize: Diploma
Third Smiling Cat prize: Diploma
Honourable mentions: 5 (certificate)
The results will be on http://www.cartooncenter.net on 30 december, 2013, right after the international juries’ evaluation.
