Thank you very much for participation to the 4th World Conference on Psychology,
Counseling And Guidance, WCPCG-2013 which will be held in Istanbul Kultur University 24 –
26 May 2013.
The WCPCG-2013 Draft Programme is published in our web site http://www.wcpcg.org/ If your
presentation is not available in the draft programme, or you may withdraw your paper,
please send the name of your article and its authors’ names and ID number to
wcpcg.programme@gmail.com until 21 May 2013, 24:00 GMT+2. Your paper will take or out
place in the programme in a short time.
Full Paper Submission
The Camera-ready submission for Elsevier at June 24, 2013. This mean you should present
your draft full paper at the conference and after the criticism during the conference you will
have chance to make your last changes in the last version of your full paper and submit again
until June 20, 2013. In addition, the proceedings of the conference will be published
by Procedia Social and Behavioral Sciences Journal (Elsevier) (ISSN: 18770428) and will be
indexed Science Direct, Scopus and Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation
Index (ISI Web of Science).
If you have not submitted your full paper, and want to take place in the conference, you
have chance to attend the conference to present your paper, and also you can send your full
papers’ last version till 20 June 2013.
Paper Poster Size:
The poster size is A0, equals 118 cm height x 84 cm length, or smaller. Please choose upright
format and keep in mind that the font sizes should be big enough to allow your poster to be
read from some distance. We suggest using a font size of 22 – 24 pt for texts and 60 – 70 pt
for headings. You are kindly asked to bring your poster fully assembled and printed.
Session Chairman
If you want to be a Session Hall Chair in DAE-2013, please send an email to
wcpcg.programme@gmail.com till 21 May 2013, 24:00 GMT+2. Conference Chairmen get
certificates for this duty. Applicants must have at least PhD degree and speak English well.
Accommodation
If you have not registered yet, please visit these address to apply for registration

chance to make a reservation for last 5 rooms at Nar Suites Bomonti Hotel.

The shuttle will be provided from the hotel to the conference center in the morning, and
return shuttle will be provided in the evening from conference center to the hotel.

How to reach:
Option 1. From Ataturk Airport you can take taxi; you may pay 45 Turkish Liras.
Option 2. From Ataturk Airport or Sabiha Gokcen Airport you can take HAVATAS Bus and you
take-out last stop, at the Taxim square, pay 10 Turkish liras. Then, you can take taxi and
should pay 10 Turkish Liras.
Bank Statements
On your arrival to the conference please do not forget to bring along with you your BANK
STATEMENTS to show proof of your payments in order to be able to receive a receipt and
not experience any inconveniences.
