Things to Know About eTwinning

What is eTwinning?
eTwinning is a community developed for schools in Europe. By using information and communication technologies to enable schools to connect, develop joint projects, and share, this platform eliminates boundaries in education and provides students with the opportunity to collaborate in a digital world.

How is a Quality Label Obtained?
Receiving a Quality Label in eTwinning proves that a project has reached specific pedagogical and technical standards.

Foreign Partner Requirement: To receive both a National Quality Label and a European Quality Label, it is a fundamental requirement that the project be established and conducted with at least one foreign partner. The creation of a common product by students and teachers from different countries determines the national and international quality of the project.

European Quality Label: This is awarded to projects that receive the highest success scores across Europe among those that have already earned a National Label, and whose level of cooperation is registered as excellent.

Benefits of eTwinning Projects
These projects contribute significantly not only to the academic development of our students but also to their digital, social, and cultural growth.

Foreign Language: Our students improve their language skills in a real-world environment by communicating with foreign partners.

Digital Competence:They gain skills in safe internet use (e-Safety) and the effective use of Web 2.0 and artificial intelligence tools.

Cultural Awareness: By working with peers from different cultures, they acquire tolerance and a sense of global citizenship.

We congratulate all our students, partners, teachers, and especially our teacher Dr. Asiye Akbulut, who were part of this success, and we wish our team continued success. We would like to thank our school administrations and parents for their support of our projects.
