Değerli Araştırmacılar, Her yıl geleneksel olarak düzenlenen 3. Uluslararası Türk – Rus Dünyası Akademik Araştırmalar Kongresi’nin (UTRAK) ilk ikisi 2018 ve 2019 tarihlerinde sizlerin destekleriyle Anakara’da yapılmıştı. Türkiye’de ve dünyanın değişik üniversitelerinde çalışmalarını yürüten bilim insanları tarafından büyük ilgi gören bu Kongrenin üçüncüsü de yine Ankara Bilim Üniversitesi, Başkurt Devlet Üniversitesi, Journal of Histoy Studies ve Journal Of Ottoman Legacy Studies’in katkılarıyla 07 – 08 Kasım 2020 tarihleri arasında yine Ankara’da düzenlenecektir.
Kongre’ye Türkiye ve Rusya başta olmak üzere, dünyanın çeşitli ülkelerinde Sosyal bilimlerin farklı alanlarında çalışmalarını yürüten bilim insanları davet edilecektir. Bu kongrede de temel gayemiz, söz konusu bilim insanlarını bir araya getirmek, çalışmalarını ve birikimlerini paylaşmaktır.
Kongreye edebiyat, tarih, sosyoloji, felsefe, hukuk, iktisat, İşletme, maliye, kültür ve sanat başta olmak üzere sosyal bilimlerin tüm alanlarından bildiriler kabul edilecektir. Ayrıca diğer bilim dallarından da sosyal bilim alanındaki bilim dallarına yakın konular ihtiva eden tebliğler kabul edilebilecektir. Kongrede bildiriler sözlü ve poster sunum şeklinde olabileceği gibi bir de Karma sergi açılacaktır.
Kongre normal seyrinde yapılacaktır. Fakat devam eden salgın hastalık sebebiyle iştirak edemeyen katılımcılar için ONLİNE sunum salonları açılacak ve VİDEOKONFERANS yoluyla sunumlar da yapılabilecektir.
Kongrede sunulacak olan bildiriler, daha önceki kongrelerde olduğu gibi hakem değerlendirmelerinden sonra, kısa sürede Ulusulararası bir yayınevinde Kitapta Bölüm ve Bildiri tam metin kitabı olarak yayınlanacaktır.
3. UTRAK Kongresi Doçentlik dahil, Akademik yükseltmelerin şartları dikkate alınarak düzenlenmektedir.

The first of the 3rd International Turkish – Russian World Academic Research Congress (UTRAK) was held on 14 – 16 December 2018 with the academic contributions of Turkish Historical Society, Ahmet Yesevi University, St Petersburg State University, Kazan State University and Yıldırım Beyazıt University and carried out in Ankara under the ownership. The second was held in the mainland, again in Anakara and again with the academic contributions of the Turkish Historical Society, Ahmet Yesevi University, Lomonosov Moscow State University and Gazi University. The third of this congress, which is receiving great Attention from the academicians who carries out their academic lives in the all the parts of the World, will be held in Ankara between 07 – 08 November 2020, with the contributions of Ankara Science University, Başkurt State University, Journal of Histoy Studies and Journal of Ottoman Legacy Studies.
Scientists who is carrying out their will be invited to this congress heir work in different fields of social sciences in various countries, in Turkey, and especially in Russia. Our main goal in this congress is to bring the aforementioned scientists in together and to share their studies and knowledge. Papers from all fields of social sciences -especially literature, history, sociology, philosophy, law, economics, business, finance, culture and art- will be accepted to this congress.
In addition, papers from other branches of science that contain topics close to those in the field of social science will be accepted. As well as the presentations at the congress can be oral and poster presentations, and also mixed exhibition. will be held. The congress will be held in its normal course. However, ONLINE presentation halls will be opened for the participants who cannot participate due to the ongoing pandemic and also the presentations can be made via VIDEOCONFERENCE. The papers to be presented at the congress will be published as a full text book in an international publishing house in a short time, after the referee evaluations as in previous congresses. The 3rd UTRAK Congress is organized considering the conditions of academic promotions, including Associated Professorship.
