CONFERENCE VENUE: The conference will be held at Elite World Prestige Hotel located in the center of Taksim in Istanbul. It is so close to metro line, bus station, tramway in Taksim.

IMPORTANT NOTE 1: At least one author of each accepted paper/poster must attend the conference and present their work in an oral or poster presentation in order to be able to have the participation certificate and other documents. The conference proceedings CD, certificate of presentation and receipt (invoice) will be distributed to the conference participants at the conference registration desk. ISBN number will be given to the conference proceedings CD. We will not distribute any hardcover book version of conference proceedings.
IMPORTANT NOTE 2: Organiser company has right to collect all sessions of the conference in a day if there is a low number of participants. At this stage, participants cannot demand reduction in their registration fees. Please do not attend the conference if you will bargain on the registration fee at the registration desk.
IMPORTANT NOTE 3: All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings CD. They will be also considered for publication in a special issue of Journal of Thermal Engineering and International Journal of Advances on Automotive and Technology. Only selected papers may be published in the journal according to their review process results in the journal.
IMPORTANT NOTE 4: We do not call any participant by phone for anything. We do not demand anything from participants by phone. All participants should pay their registration fee via our website or at the registration desk in the conference hall. We are not responsible from your mistakes against international cheaters. Please do not give any positive response to the people who demand something about conferences before your coming.
